Just Like Her Mom

Today we went for our ultrasound at the doctor's office and my baby was being extremely stubborn - and in the words of my father, "What a surprise." I think he was trying to hint that I might be a little stubborn as well. She did not want to move so the doctor had a hard time getting all the measurements he needed. He kept moving my stomach, he even made me get up and walk around the office, but nothing was going to make her interrupt her nap. We got a few good pics and luckily she still is looking like a girl! The ultrasound pic is of her buff arm. (Everything looks buff when you don't have any fat!) I also included a picture of me at 21 weeks - yes, I am definetely showing.

First Pink Installment from Grandma and Grandpa

It seems weird to be calling my mom
"Grandma" and my dad "Grandpa." They sent us a package after we found out we were having a girl with a ton of pink clothes! They are all so cute and soft.

Hide and Seek

Jade and I have been working on STAY with Miley. Jade's favorite part of this stay thing is that he can now play hide and seek with her. He spent the morning hiding and then whistling for her to come to him - he says that Miley loves it, but I know that he has just as good of a time as she does!

Baby Quilt

My grandpa's sister lives here in Spanish Fork and was super excited to hear that we were having a girl. She picked me up and took me to get fabric to make a crib quilt and receiving blanket. They turned out so cute! While we were at the store she also decided the baby needed some pajamas to go with the blankets and a fancy blanket for church! This child has no idea how spoiled she is going to be!
