What?

McKenna looked like this in the morning.

And like this that night. What is it? Oh, those nasty sores on her face is how strep decided to show itself on my poor little girl. We went into the doctor thinking she had chicken pox! So glad we went in ... she was amazing and never even complained! I am so lucky when it comes to my kids being sick - they are champs!

Disney Trip

McKenna is incredibly spoiled and got to go to Disneyland with Grandma and Grandpa! Ashley flew down to meet up with my parents in California for a weekend in the sun. McKenna gave Ashley some attitude but for the most part was pretty good - she loves to fly!

When they met up with my parents, they dressed her up in her very own Sleeping Beauty dress! She loved it and let Ashley do her hair and grandma put on some makeup!

As they headed off to Disneyland, McKenna started walking but then she got a ride from Grandpa! Don't you wish you could have someone carry you around all the time?

She enjoyed sharing the stroller with Ashley and was worn out from all the fun they were having!

Of course, she talked Grandma and Grandpa into getting her face painted!

McKenna loves her Grandma and Grandpa and is so happy they make the effort to see her so often! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa - and Ashley for putting up with me on the plane!

So Lucky to Have Aunts and Uncles Close

My kids are so lucky to have great aunts and uncles! River and McKenna love to be around them and hate to see them go. Thanks so much for being so fun and loving my kids!

Ice Cream

We went to the grocery store the other day and let our kids play in the car cart!

We bought McKenna an ice cream so she would be content while we shopped. River noticed the ice cream as well.

He really wanted some of the ice cream!

So McKenna shared!

Don't judge me because my six month old is eating dairy...it was adorable and he loved it!
